An integral part of our consulting team, our Center Coordinator provides professional administrative support to client families as well as company executives, directors, and employees at the Vested Academics Learning Center in Norwell, MA. General Responsibilities
- Greet new and existing client families upon arrival at Learning Center
- Answer and direct phone calls, review voicemails, and take messages
- Organize and schedule client appointments, team meetings, and Learning Center events
- Provide customer support to clients via email, phone, and in-person conversations
- File and maintain client and employee records
- Handle requests and queries from executives and directors
- Write and distribute emails, written correspondence, and other documents as needed
- Oversee general appearance of Learning Center
- Order office and event supplies
Basic Qualifications
- ALL applicants MUST BE MASSACHUSETTS RESIDENTS
- ALL applicants must successfully pass state and national background checks
- ALL applicants must possess strong writing skills
- ALL applicants must be able to type at least 35 wpm
ALL applicants must have:
- 3 or more years of professional work experience in a related field
- Excellent work references
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fluency in English
Education Requirements
Candidates must possess a bachelors degree or higher
Additional Prerequisites
- Must be able to regularly commute to Norwell, MA office
- Possess a genuine interest in working with students and parents
- Strong writing skills and a basic understanding of the grammar, punctuation, and style choices used in the business setting

- English Degree (B.A. or M.A.)
- M.F.A. in Writing
- Experience working with children and families
- Google Workspace
