“There are few experiences more rewarding than witnessing a parent or guardian discover their power in a system that often appears too overwhelming to navigate alone. Furthermore, this empowerment typically spills onto students as a result of their parent or guardian’s developed confidence, which is incredibly fulfilling for all involved.”

Vested Academics

Determined to create a more effective model, Francesca joined the Vested Academics team to empower parents with the information and resources they need to make informed decisions. Here, she and her team of educational consultants work one-on-one with students and families, helping them navigate the various steps of their educational journeys.

With a background in mediation, Francesca offers her clients a rare combination of expertise, warmth, and professionalism. As an undergraduate student at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Francesca worked as an educator at the school’s Disability Services Center as well as for Upward Bound. While earning her graduate degree at Suffolk University Law School, she worked at the Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts and served as a Youth Permanency Coordinator at the Department of Children and Families. These experiences not only laid the groundwork for her future career in non-legal educational consulting but also facilitated the development of her tactful approach to resolving education-related conflicts.

When she’s not advocating for children and families, Francesca loves painting, traveling, and spending time with her two spirited young daughters, husband, and their giant Bernese Mountain Dog, Ravioli.
